On 28th and 29th October the international real estate properties abroad exhibition, called “MPIRES” was held in Expocenter exhibition hall in Moscow, under the patronage of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation. Grekodom Development Company, a member of the major holding company in Greece – Mouzenidis Group, was one of the main participants of this international event. The company invited many successful construction companies based in both Greece and Cyprus, thus making it possible for potential clients and partners, to immediately receive a holistic approach to real estate investments and purchases in both countries. Ms. Korinna Sergiadou, an attorney at law from MBGcs company was able to provide detailed information regarding the sale and purchase agreements, residence permits, establishing companies, the new Development law, and other important subjects during the exhibition. Experts from Grekodom Development and MBGcs gave presentations discussing the current market situation, as well as provided their skillful assessment of investment opportunities in the real estate market in Greece and Cyprus. Among the notable visitors, one could see Mr. Ilias Thanasas, the Minister Counselor of Economic & Commercial Affairs at the Embassy of Greece in Moscow, as well as Mr. Andreas Friganas, the Ambassador of Greece to Russia, who also gave a formal speech at the opening ceremony.

The "Support for the Establishment and Operation of New Small and Medium Tourist Enterprises" program of the New National Strategic Development Framework 2014-2020 concerns the financing of up to 50% of subsidies (and up to € 400,000) of very small, small and medium-sized enterprises active in the tourism sector in specific activities.
